Stayed in a queen room with a beautiful park view, wake-up service available, delightful staff, and overall a great experience.

A comfortable hotel, well situated overlooking the lagoon in El Rocio. We booked two rooms, which were clean, air conditioned and well-provided, with large bathrooms and efficient showers. The hostess was very welcoming, spoke excellent English and was very helpful.Generous Continental breakfast. No restaurant, but we were directed to an excellent restaurant nearby (Turino).

The view out of the window over the marshes. The birds esp the flamingos. The horses. El Rocio. Lovely helpful people running it. The tour of Donana.
An up to date El Rocio - Seville bus timetable would be an advantage. As always in Europe, I found the lack of coffee making facilities in the room disappointing though Enrique willingly made me cups when requested.

The location is wonderful for anyone wanting to enjoy the unusual town of El Rocio, the wildlife of the Coto Donana, and the nearby beaches. The friendly and knowledgeable hostess, the ample breakfasts, and the nicely tiled room also made our stay more enjoyable. On both of our mornings here, we were able to watch a flock of flamingos heading out over the lagoon from our room.
The rutted dirt roads of El Rocio are an annoyance to navigate on one's way to and from the hotel. Mosquitoes could also be a problem at times, though we had no bugs at all in early May.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is just perfect, nestled in a charming neighborhood, with easy access to the extraordinary Doñana National Park and the beautiful lake nearby. The hotel itself is absolutely luxurious, with a stunning interior and exterior that oozes old-world charm and character. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The service provided, from housekeeping to the airport shuttle, was top-notch and truly enhanced my stay.
In summary, this hotel is a true gem, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay in a picturesque setting. From its prime location near the national park and lake, to its top-notch service and amenities, this place truly has it all.

Hotel has lots of rustic charm and uniqueness. Our room was very attractively decorated, very warm and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet; staff was always available for quick answers to questions. Location on edge of El Rocio is great.
Breakfast buffet could use a bit more options and use of the lovely porch was kind of tricky.

The staff were excellent at helping us to decide what to see during our stay of 2 days. In fact, one of them effectively planned our itinerary for the whole stay as an english-speaking tour in the adjoining National Park was either fully booked, or not available those 2 days. We had read conflicting reports on breakfast at the hotel before booking. If you wanted a good choice of cereals (they only had corn flakes and Coco Pops - yuk), and a cooked english breakfast, you would have been sadly disappointed. For us, the freshly pressed orange juice from the ongoing orange harvest was fantastic. The coffee on 1 of the 2 mornings was probably the best I had had in my life (I'm aged 56). The other morning, it was made by a different person, and was still very good, but not deserving as high praise as on the first day. The toast with cured ham and sliced cheese was good, but probably not everyone's choice. The Danish pastry with jam etc was also OK. This is a slightly old-fashioned looking hotel with charm, and partially modernised but not a modern, "plastic" hotel like a Hilton, Holiday Inn etc, but in our opinion, better for it. For location, if you are interested in bird-watching, countryside, and a bit of peace and quiet, then I highly recommend it. It's right next to a lake in the Donana National Park.

The hotel is located in a lovely natural area, perfect for bird watching and enjoying the wildlife. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and beautiful decor that gave the feeling of being in the countryside. One of the best aspects was the friendliness of the staff, always eager to help and providing excellent service. the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with locally sourced ingredients and a great selection of wines.
The hotel lacked some essential amenities, such as coffee and tea making facilities in the room, which would have been very convenient. Nonetheless, the biggest setback was the noise level, as we could hear every movement and conversation from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great-sized and well laid out room, with nice touches and traditional decor. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Beautiful location, really close to Parque Nacional de Donana. 20 minutes walking from the but station.
No menu at all.
